I really liked the plot. It was very interesting and Siri kept my attention through the whole book. One thing I noticed was how much the women and ladies were supposed to just follow whatever they were told. It was like she had no opinion of her own. Or she was not supposed to:) This book did a good job of showing the mind set of that day. It also shows how we shouldn't let things get in between people as friends. She almost lost her friendship with Lizzie over winning this man. I loved the way the book ended!! Beautiful:)If you are looking for a nice read, pick this novel up at your local bookstore. It is worth your time!
