This one here is only a review but I thought this was a very nice product. These would make great gifts as they are pretty inexpensive and really cute! I received the Dogwood 9" Oval Bowl from Wendell August. I was not sure what to expect but I was very excited when I opened the package and saw it. This is so pretty!! It is made from aluminum and is crafted by hand!! Really, these are soo pretty. When I first heard it was made from aluminum I was really worried about how it would look and if I would like it. But I had no reason to worry. They really have some nice items in the Dogwood set.
This is not really what I would call a bowl but more a decorative plate. I would use it around the house to either lay something in or to put on a pedestal or stand. Again, I can't tell you how pretty this is. And the pictures don't do it justice. There is also the added incentive of a hidden ladybug in each Dogwood piece. Well, we can't find the one in my piece:) We have searched and the kids have gotten a magnifying glass out to look for it.
If you are looking for a great gift, check out Wendell August. They have really nice products, the option of personalizing an item, and the prices are really good. This is a place where I would shop for someone who is hard to shop for. That person who you just don't know what to get? This is the place to go. Soo many items!!
