Beautiful, Healthy Body Event Day 1! The Zone Diet.

Hey everyone, I am so excited! Today marks the first day of my Beautiful, Healthy Body Event! This month is going to be filled with wonderful beauty products. There is going to be lots of giveaways and many reviews. Today I am having two companies featured so make sure to read them both. This post here is to mark my start of The Zone Diet. Yep, I was so blessed to be able to review this wonderful diet program. I am starting it now and will do another post in two weeks. I am hoping to lose about 5 lbs on this program. I really want to lose more but I know with only so much I am not going to lose the amount I want to.

When my box came in I was so amazed! This is a box full of food items!! Check this out! They send a box full of products and I can't wait to try these out:) Now on this diet you have your breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. This actually has you eating pasta, sandwiches, pizza, bagels, etc! I have to tell you, this is one of my downfalls in eating. I love pasta! And since pasta is something I really like, it is hard to say no to it. So, I am hoping to see some weight come off with this but not sure how it will go. I am going to post some pictures in two weeks of the foods, the meals I made and let you know how much weight I lost, how I felt about it, etc.

One of the things I am concerned with on this is the meals. I am going to have to fix separate meals for me then the rest of the family as there is only enough for me. This is the only thing I am not sure about:) But I can't wait to see how it goes and how I will feel during this time. Hope you stick with me through my journey and please feel free to leave comments with any tips you can think of! Please, I am very happy to hear from you all and I need all the help I can get:)

I hope you have success with this program! Looks like yummy food too! That is one thing about diet programs...sometimes the food is disgusting! Looking forward to seeing how this works for you! :)

Good luck. This sounds like a pretty reasonable diet to do if you so choose. I can see where the separate meals would be hard. Hopefully you will get into a groove and it will be old hat to you by the time you are done. It's been a week or so since you started so I hope things are going well. I'm excited for you and want to see how it goes. The box of food was awesome. So much of it.

That was a great box of products you received! I always find that these diets at least are a good kick start to eating healthier, even if you don't follow them for too long. Good luck!
