Book Feature for Shadows From The Past by Ashley Dawn

Well, I had started off this day with a lot on my plate and hopeful plans. Needless to say, you can tell I have been held up:) But I had to bring this book to you in the hopes that it will pique your attention and your interest. This looks to be a really neat mystery book and I love the sound of it! I already have my wish list of books for the holidays and this is on the list. Author Ashley Dawn is not one I am familiar with but she writes a very good book, as is evidenced by Shadows from the Past.

“…It is the price you pay for choosing to be a cop. Your brother’s life…”

Those words haunt her dreams, and her waking moments. LAPD officer, Aurora Kavvan cannot rest until she finds her brothers killer. Digging into the past always brings back unpleasant things: memories, guilt…the hit man. Now she is in a race against time to find the murderer before he finds her.

“Kill her. I don’t care how, and I don’t care where, but I want her dead now!”

Someone was trying to kill his dead partner’s sister. FBI agent, Jordan Reiley will stop at nothing to protect the woman he loves. Even if it means going against her wishes; Linkputting himself between her and the man who murdered her brother.

Will God keep them alive long enough for them to find the truth?

Now, if that doesn't sound interesting, I don't know what does! I am a lover of a good mystery and I found out by looking at Ashley's website that there is a third book in the fixin':) Excellente!!
