HGG Christmas at Barncastle Inn Giveaway!!

HOLIDAY GIFT GUIDE
CHRISTMAS AT BARNCASTLE INN

Well, well, well. Today I have a 4-in-1 book giveaway from Lynette Sowell. This lovely lady has offered to giveaway a copy of Christmas at Barncastle Inn to one of my blog readers. This sounds like a great book and again, right on track for the holidays:)

Main anthology blurb:

You can experience Christmas during the time period of your choice—if you rent the entire Barncastle Inn of Vermont for the whole week of Christmas. When they first decided to do this, Jayne Barncastle is determined to prove to her parents it will work. Will she overlook her own chance for romance in the process? Will a World War II era “White Christmas” recreate a scene of forgiveness for an embittered couple? Can a pirate’s lair be the place of fun-filled reunion for old lovers? When coworkers assist in recreating the first Christmas for the inn, will they discover romance?

In Lynette's novella "Christmas Duets," Sean McSweeney is the last person Marcella GoudrLinkeau wants to see during her family's holiday, believing him partly responsible for her grandparents' split. Will a WWII era Christmas be the balm to heal their hurting hearts?

So, sound interesting? I know it does to me! I have this one on my wish list;) One of my blog readers will win their very own copy of Christmas at Barncastle Inn! If you don't want to wait for the giveaway to end, you can purchase it off Amazon.

My favorite moments of christmas were with my grandparents . we would go to grandma's house and the entire family would be there and we had a huge family. We would go to midnight mass then we would all go ice skating together what fun and oh the laughter.I so miss those times with them each year.

My favorite Christmas memory as an adult is when my husband and I surprised our kids and grandkids on Christmas Eve by showing up while they were opening presents. We live in Florida and they all lived in Nebraska. I knew they always got together Christmas Eve for supper and to open presents, I told them that our home phone was not working and they'd have to call my cell for anything.

We got to town and waited till they were all at our daughters house, dropped off Santa bags for each family, knocked on the door and hid. They didn't know who the bags were from until they found their Dad's homemade beef jerky in the bags, then we had grandkids running out in 15 inches of snow with no coats, boots on the wrong feet, etc. Oh yes, and LOTS and LOTS of HAPPY TEARS!

My dad gave me a simulated star sapphire ring for Christmas when I was 13. I still have it at 62 and it fits.

One of my favorite Christmas memories is when I found out someone adopted all three of my Labs after we had to give them up when we had to suddenly move out of the house we were living in. We found out by pure chance a year later that they had a wonderful home on a beautful huge farm!
