The whole idea here is to eat seafood twice a week. It is very healthy for you and you can make so many different recipes with fish! For my review I made the Grilled Salmon Caesar Salad. So with my coupon I got the grilled salmon. Normally with my caesar salad I put grilled chicken on it. But I was excited to try this new recipe that would have me cooking the fish and then putting the salmon on my salad instead. Check out the photos and tell me what you think!

The salad was relatively easy to make and it fed two. I did not put tomatoes in it as I am not a real big tomato fan. I also used a caesar salad kit which made the prep time even faster. Now, as to the flavor and taste, it was different. Especially when you are used to having chicken on your salad and I eat fish by itself. But I was pleasantly surprised at the flavor. It had a fishy taste, to be expected, but it really tasted good! I liked how the fish adds protein to my salad. Definitely a recipe I will be using in the future.
