Weight Loss & RightSize Smoothies R+Giveaway!!

Hey everyone! Today I have a review for a product that I am very excited about. I think many of you know about my journey with losing weight and how I am trying to be a healthier person. Well, this product here is a big help to anyone looking to eat better and lose weight. RightSize Smoothies is a protein drink that is to be used as a replacement for meals. And let me tell you, boy did it work!

For my review I received a tub of the Lean Cocoa Bean, several of the single serving packets, along with several other goodies. Not to get off subject but they sent me pens, recipe cards, just some little stuff to remember them by, etc.

But right now I want to talk about the smoothies. The day after receiving my box I started in on this program. There really isn't a lot to it but I was impressed with how well it worked. Basically you take one scoop of the powder and mix it with 8 oz of milk. I used 1% as that is what I normally drink and I also added a couple pieces of ice. I prefer mine to be ice cold:) This all goes into the blender bottle, which I received as well, and you shake it all into a cool frothy drink.

Now their instructions say to replace your breakfast and lunch with this shake and then have a regular dinner. I kind of played around with this. I prefer a smaller dinner and a bigger lunch so I would change this sometimes. Not all the time but probably 3 times a week. I also used their recipes and made a couple of the smoothies as snacks. Believe me, these were delicious! I have some points that I liked and only one point that I didn't care for so check out my thoughts below.

1.The Taste.
This was my major concern with drinking the RightSize Smoothies. I have tried several other weight loss or protein shakes and the taste leaves a lot to be desired. Not so with these! It felt like I wasn't even drinking a healthy drink! It is nice and rich with a full chocolate flavor. I am definitely going with 10 stars for the taste!

2. Filling You.
This was my other concern. Would one of these drinks leave me full enough between meals? I have to admit, I normally have a small snack between breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner. And when I say small I mean like a couple slices of cheese, a piece of fruit, cottage cheese, etc. But it still would mean extra. So I was kinda worried about if I would be left with my stomach growling:) The first day or two I was still a little hungry. But once my stomach got used to not having that extra snack, I was perfectly fine. I liked that I was making sure to get the extra protein as well.

3.The Texture.
And here is my only complaint. At times it didn't seem to blend as well as it should have. There was almost a grainy texture to it once or twice. It only happened a couple times and most of the time it blended great. But it is the only thing I can say against these shakes. Other than that, they tasted delicious!

THE RESULTS!
Okay, as for the results, I have lost about 4 lbs in my two weeks of doing this. I have also lost 2 inches off my waist. And the best thing is, I feel more energized, healthier and I am pleased knowing that I am getting more protein. I would seriously do this program the rest of my life if I could. I know it may not work for everybody and the results are going to vary person to person, but it works for me!
