That is good advice about your HVAC. We had problems with our furnace dying.. on CHRISTMAS EVE a few years ago. Yup yup. Not cool. It looks like the previous owners did a number on the furnace. Sigh. kristiedonelson(at)gmail(dot)com Thank you.
