Adrenaline Pumping Zip-Line Tours

If you have been thinking about taking a trip to the Centennial state you need to understand what excitement and fun is available for you. You are not the kind of person to just sit around and play solitaire (with real cards, no less)! No, you are a physically active, adventure seeking person! You want thrills; you want an adrenaline rush; you want to see the beauty of the Centennial state! Okay, so check out the following activities and tours in Colorado to plan the best itinerary possible.

Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah

You can combine the adrenaline rush you crave with the beautiful, lush, mountain scenery by taking a zip-line tour. Zip lines have been around for over 200 years; bet ya didn’t think they have been around that long, right? It’s true! The first documented zip-line or incline string appeared in the 1700’s and the first documented death occurred in 1739. But, let’s not go there. Back to fully functioning, extremely safe zip-lines. The technology found in zip-lines is high-tech and calibrated perfectly.

Amazing Ride

When you think about an exciting zip-line it doesn’t include two miles of line, right? No, it includes 20 different lines with the longest being over 1000 feet long. The courses are carefully crafted to include amazing platforms and beautiful natural terrain launches and landings. Besides the gorgeous scenery, you can also enjoy the excitement of reaching speeds of up to 55 miles per hour. Can you say adrenaline rush?

Additional Activities

While you are in the midst of your zip-line adventure, you can experience other activities during your tours in Colorado. While you are between zip-line rides, you can hike the trails found among the beautiful Colorado mountains. Most of the trails are easy paced and you can also learn about the local history and terrain. While on your vacation you can experience all the active, adrenaline pumping excitement that you thrive on. You won’t break the bank either by cashing in on this activity; it is extremely reasonable and easy on your wallet. You can save the relaxing, solitaire playing vacations for when you hit 90 years old.

I have never been on a zip line but I could imagine the rush one would get.
