MY REVIEW-I wasn't quite sure what to expect from this book. I knew it was a biography and I had read the books that she coauthored, but at the same point, was her story like any of these others? Or would it be interesting enough to keep my attention? These were the thoughts that ran through my head as I picked it up to read it. And I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. Enough that I read through this in one day:)

Elizabeth Sherrill grew up in a tough time. Money was tight, her father wasn't bold enough to come right out and say it but he never really believed that there was a God and in the midst of this Liz is walking on her journey to heaven. That is how she puts her life story, taking a trip to heaven. We see how friends impacted her life and churches that were "friendly" and not:) Kind of a lesson behind that one but you have to read the book to find out. A great biography about the woman behind the scenes which I thoroughly enjoyed. Excellent!
