MY THOUGHTS-I wasn't quite sure what I was getting into by reviewing this book. The author was not someone I was familiar with and after all, did I really need a book about turning my life around in finances, relationships, future, your doubts and fears, etc? So you can imagine my surprise when I read through this book in two days.
Danette goes through many aspects of our life that we many times need turned around. Like the things I mentioned above. And while we may want to skip to a certain chapter or part, I think it would be good for everyone to completely read through this book. Even if we don't think we could use that chapter on finances, or the one on relationships with our family, there is a ton of good information available in here.
I think my favorite chapter was on finances. The author gives scripture references throughout the chapters and she breaks the guidelines down to make it easy to understand. And not everything is a guideline per se but tips, hints and what she has personally gone through. Again, an excellent book that I enjoyed reading.
