A lot of people fail to realize that there is a link between gum health and heart disease. Definitely a message that more people need to hear.

This is such a great reminder of why you really need to have good oral health. Aside from the obvious of course.

I know this is for Men's Health month, but this message is so important for women, too. Heart disease is no laughing matter!

I like this subject of dental health. Our mainstream ways of tackling it seem more like marketing ploys. Before processed sugars and other processed products, indigenous communities had perfect dental health. And now, there is deplorable dental health in those same areas.

Have you tried oil pulling? I got rid of an infection by doing it for 5 days in a row.

my dentist just gave me this brand to try out in our house. It's one thing to see "recommended by dentists" on ads, it's another to actually have it happen. Great reminders in this video.

I'd be more active on oral hygene if it wasn't so monotonous to do.
