#Weight Loss Challenge Less Sugar!

Hi all!! With the start of a new week I am focusing on another weight loss challenge here. And since I am using my Yacon Syrup, the goal for this week is to lower how much sugar I partake of. This means unsweetened tea(not a big problem for me), less sweets and candy, replacing my sugar with the yacon syrup, etc. If anyone is interested in joining me, just leave a comment. And please, this is not a registered strict diet or anything. Basically just trying to eat healthier and help others along as we go. So no monitoring here:)

Anyone interested in joining me this week? Leave a comment below and let me know. This could be as simple as reducing your sugar for a day or two, maybe holding off on the sugar you put in your coffee/tea, or replacing the sugar with stevia, honey or something natural. I would love to have some others join me on this! Let's cut the sugar this week!

I'm trying to eat healthier but it's hard for me. I love sugar so much. Sigh. My husband uses stevia for our Kool-Aid. Baby Steps! I try. kristiedonelson(at)gmail(dot)com Thank you.
