This week I have been focusing on doing different workouts for specific areas along with just mixing up my fitness. Sometimes it can get boring to do the same thing every day. I wanted to tell you about the one I did yesterday. First off let me tell you about a new youtube channel called BeFit. This channel has so many workouts available I may never have to purchase another dvd in my life:) Whatever you are looking for, I am sure you can find it on there. I received the press release about it and I have since done several of them.
The Ballet Beautiful program I did was for lean hips and outer thighs. This is an area I don't often get in my workout. I do squats and lunges but it is hard to really focus on these. Well after this workout, I felt it hard last night and then today. It hurts!! But in a good way. The teacher explains the moves in detail and slowly walks you through the program. That is one big gripe I have with most workouts, they don't give you enough time to figure things out. Not with this one! The video is about 11 minutes long so I did some walking as well but it is a good workout. Check it out along with the BeFit channel for a vast array of workouts you can do without leaving the house.
