Visit the Titanic Museum in Pigeon Forge, TN @My_PigeonForge

How many of you have visited the Pigeon Forge, TN area? I just have to say that this whole locale is a delight to see. From the beautiful scenery to the endless family attractions, there is never a dull moment.  But let me also say, if you are desiring a slower paced vacation, they deliver on just about anything you wish. So whether a family on the go or a couple who wants to relax in a cabin, there are plenty of options. But today, let me introduce an attraction that has thrilled fans of all ages from all over the world. The Titanic Museum located in Pigeon Forge.

Now this attraction here is one of my favorites. Not only is it fun and entertaining, but it also allows its visitors to obtain history about one of the greatest ship disasters of all time. For me it is the whole aspect of keeping things interesting enough for teenagers, but also where adults are not bored walking through the exhibits. I would caution taking younger ones, just because they might be restless and end up fussy.

The exhibits in the Titanic Museum are marvelous. This is a bit of a walk, so if you have trouble walking for more than an hour. It can be shortened, but to really go through and take everything in, it will at least be an hour, if not more.

One of the most unique things about the museum is that you get a boarding pass when you first arrive, one with the name of a passenger or employee from the original Titanic voyage. And as you go through the exhibit, you may find out interesting facts or tidbits about that person, whether their fashion, job while working on the ship, etc. and at the end, you find out whether your passenger lived or died. Yes, it makes things very realistic and sobering for many who go through.

I really can't say enough about this attraction. The prices aren't bad at all, especially for a full experience such as this one. I would urge you to check out the Pigeon Forge location next time you are in the area. Be sure to visit their website and look at the pictures plus the events they have coming up throughout the year.

This sounds like a very interesting place to go. We are talking about going to see The Ark in a few weeks. I might have to convince the husband the Titanic should be on our list too.
