18,21 Man Made Grooming Products for Men #Review & #Giveaway

Today I have a feature for the guys, or at least the women who have guys in their lives. And I think that would pretty much cover all, if not most, of my readers. And when I say for the guys, 18.21 Man Made is a company that makes unique grooming products for the men. Not only was I sent product for review, but I was also sent a kit for giveaway as well so be sure to read to the end.

18.21 Man Made is a Texas based business, owned and operated by Angel del Solar, Aston LaFon and David del Solar. We are three hardworking gent’s that share a passion for making premium, uncommon goods that gentlemen take pride in owning.

When I first received the package, we were all super excited to smell the products. I had told the men there was something coming in for them, but I hadn't told them exactly what, so when I opened the kit, there was a lot of surprise. Needless to say, once they smelled it? The shock was through the roof! See ladies and gents, these grooming supplies for the men, have the distinctive smell of whiskey. Yes, you read that right, the very strong and powerful scent dating back to the time of the Prohibition. And when I say strong, I mean strong.

The kit I received for review includes all their products, including the body wash/shampoo, pomade, paste, clay, and hair spray. We all gathered around the box to sniff and smell, opening up the different items to see what each one was, and also some trying to figure out what other scents we could define.

I just have to say, the scent of this is amazing! After he uses this in the bathroom, the smell is all over the house, not to mention when he layers the other products with the shampoo and body wash. He loved these and it has taken him some time to figure out which products to use when and how much to use, etc. He did have two little things he didn't care for, or wished they could change. The hair spray he much more prefers with just the spritz instead of the spray. I had to tell him how we ladies have to deal with that every day, but he is used to the spritz. The other thing is when he takes it to travel. It does not travel well at all and spilled in his luggage so the lid would be nice if it stayed closed better.

Now, for those of you wanting to get some of your own, I would definitely urge you to look at their website. This would be perfect for gifts! The holidays are coming up quickly, or a birthday gift. But, for those of you who want to take a chance on winning your own set, I was sent one to give away to one of my readers. It is the one shown below, not the full set like I was sent for review, but still includes the hair spray, shampoo/body wash and the paste.

Giveaway is US only as I will be shipping. Giveaway ends 10/6 and winner will be chosen via Random.org. They will have 48 hours to respond or another winner will be chosen.

Spealing as a guy, would it make me smell like i've been drinking? I don't drink and don't want to give that impression.

Hey Greg, no, this is just a very strong scent. We don't drink either, it is spicy and cinnamon almost.
