So when I weighed in this morning, I am down about 1 lb from last week. I seriously don't know where it is leaving from:) But in all honesty I feel better, healthier and more energized. No, I am not eating a strict diet and I sometimes skip parts of my exercise, but overall I am happy with the way my weight loss is going. I have also been using this Yacon Syrup over the past week and it may or may not be helping but I believe it is. So, how is everyone else doing on their weight loss?
