A Vacation to Martha's Vineyard

I love this time of year. The weather outside is so beautiful, nice and chilly, the scents and smells of the season and cookies and bread baking in the oven. But one thing I miss during this time is a little vacation. I mean really, you don't often get free time or time away from family so you can really start feeling like you need a little trip:) One place I have always looked at and I thought would be nice is Martha's Vineyard in Cape Cod. I have gone through all the Marthas Vineyards hotels, restaurants, attractions and events, and I have definitely fallen in love with this quant town. Check out some of the beautiful reasons I found for taking a vacation trip to Martha's Vineyard!

1.The Scenery and Location.
Okay, really this place is soo beautiful. I am sure even right now with the weather it would be a sweet place to visit. I have talked to people who vacation there every year and they say the breeze coming off the water and the smell of that same water is breath taking. I can only imagine. I have been to several other destinations over in that area and they have all been wonderful but never been to Cape Cod or Martha's Vineyard. I am guessing with the holiday lights the scenery is just beautiful.

2.Hotels and Restaurants.
I have visited a lot of places. Traveled quite a bit and stayed in some nice hotels. But there is a laid back feel to this area and the bed and breakfasts look so nice. After looking at the pictures and checking out these sites, I feel like I would be right at home staying in one of these rooms. Of course, they would be sweet for a honeymoon or anniversary as well:) Hint hint guys!

3.The Attractions and Events.
Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard have plenty to keep your attention while you are in the area. I think one of the attractions I would enjoy is the whale watching tours. Ever seen a whale in its own habitat? I have only seen one at a zoo and I think it would be great to see one out there. They also have fun things for the kids to do but also things for the adults. Pick from hiking, biking, dinner cruises, or just plain hanging out on the beach.

Believe me, this is the place to vacation! A quaint laid back town that has a lot to do.

This is a sponsored post however, all the points and views are my own.

I've never thought of visiting Martha's Vineyard, but it sounds like it needs to go on my list of places to visit.
